In this work this team exploits the information from 564 human affy microarrays in the profiling of 164 different drugs. They find some drugs work similarly as well as differently. They make a website so you can (with some difficulty and registration) explore the similarities between other drugs.

What a way to blow half a million dollars on something a monkey (with a bachelors degree in Biology) could do.
